Richard M. Kasperski, CPA
Managing Partner
Rick graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 1978 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is currently serving on the Heritage Christian Services Foundation Board. Prior board affiliations have included St. Joseph's Villa, the Board of Governors at Monroe Golf Club and its Finance and House Committees, and the American Heart Association. Rick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the NYS Society of CPAs (NYSSCPAs). In addition, Rick has his life, accident, and health insurance licenses.
Tracey A. Rink, CPA

Tracey graduated from St. John Fisher College in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She lives in Rochester with her husband and two children.

Ed’s client base includes real estate (rental and management companies), manufacturing, distributorship, retail, construction, and employee benefit plan entities. Ed graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) and the NYS Society of CPAs (NYSSCPAs).
Michael J. Dinan, CPA

Mike is a partner in our Firm whose 27 years of public accounting experience includes handling the business and tax issues of closely held middle market corporations including manufacturers, distributors, investment management, professional, high tech and software development companies. Mike also leads Kasperski Dinan & Rink CPAs, LLC's college recruitment and professional training teams and the Firm's audit committee. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mike's current community involvement includes serving on the executive board of ABVI-Goodwill as well as serving on the Accounting Advisory Committee for Nazareth College. Additionally Mike has served on the financial board of Nazareth Academy and the board of Prevention Partners of Rochester, New York. A resident of Pittsford, NY, Mike received his B.S. degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
Scott T. Gerken, CPA
Principal
Scott is a life-long resident of the Rochester, New York area and a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology. Scott served ten years as the Treasurer for the Walker Fire District and has 30 years of experience assisting clients with growing their businesses. A certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, QuickBooks trainer, and a RAN ONE Master Group; an organization that enhances the business value through development and consulting. Scott is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPAs). Scott specializes in income tax planning, new venture planning, systemization of businesses, fraud deterrence and internal controls, QuickBooks training, business development and CFO services.
